The services we offer are very affordable since we can provide many of the functions for which you would normally pay a full time executive. Once the initial assignment is complete, we work with you, as needed, to help you succeed.
Typical engagements employ at least two seasoned executives who have had bottom-line responsibilities. There are no brand new MBAs on the team.
Engagements begin with a no cost assessment of your firm that includes our evaluation of your company's biggest needs, the benefits to your of engaging us, estimates of time required to complete the project, the time required of your executives in completing the project and our fees and expenses. In this way, you know the amount required to take your project to a successful conclusion
Often our service engagements are renewed. These follow-up engagements usually cost less than the initial price because our focus is on coaching and training our clients to do much of our work themselves. Of course we are always available to help with any assignment or with any of our added services. |

Business planning is usually done in order for business managers to set a direction for the short-term. Often, however, there is no follow-up of actual day to day strategies or objectives that were integral to the final plan. At Wiley Advisors, we use a tool, the One Page Business Plan® to help everyone follow through to meet the business mission in both the short and long term. The One Page Business Plan system can be implemented from the top down in an organization of up to three levels, starting with the CEO. The department/divisional managers and their staff can each be part of an integrated plan with any or all participants able to measure and report on successes and challenges on an ongoing basis. Our advisors act as the coaches, helping to keep all the participants on track, meeting objectives, communicating with the group, and modifying the plan as time goes on. |

This plan, done by the in-place management of the business, describes (and more “fairly” values) the outlook and success path for the new owner and/or management. If selling the business, our consultants assist in preparing a complete sales brochure. We also aid the business owner in locating and evaluating potential purchasers. Finally, if needed, our advisors can participate in the final sales negotiation. Our advisors always work toward a mutually satisfactory sale and can continue working with the new owner to implement the after-sale business plan. |
